Thursday 25th February. Two sessions 7.00pm and 9.00pm
This event is organised by Choice Charity Fundraisers to raise funds for the New Ireland air ambulance Alpha 5.

Two bowling sessions 7pm – 9pm or 9pm – 11pm
Please indicate which bowling session you would prefer:
7pm – 9pm 9pm – 11pm
Teams of six persons who must raise a minimum of £150.00 i.e. £25.00 each.
This entitles each entrant to two games of bowls.
A basket meal is served on the lanes
A framed certificate and photograph will be presented to each team.
Each session is limited to 10 teams, early registration is advised.
A £5 registration fee is required per person. Choice Charity Fundraisers Bowling night is a fun event designed to raise funds f or the charity. However participants taking part should be aware that they do so at their own risk and should read this disclaimer before signing this registration form.
I hereby discharge Choice Charity Fundraisers, Dundonald International Ice Bowl or any other individual concerned, of all liability for, or claim, or actions arising out of any injuries caused by or in any way related to my participation in the sponsored Bowl on 28th February 2008
