Down Arts Forum launch Art Off the Rails on Saturday 14th March. All artists are welcome to show and / or sell work of any kind from the railings in front of the St Patrick's Centre, Downpatrick, Co. Down. There's only one rule ... the work must be affordable and no piece may cost more than £150.00. Artists interested in this method of selling their work are invited to take their work to the railings at 9.30am on Saturday. The event runs until 5.00pm.
