Guide Dog of the Year 2009

If you're the owner of a Guide Dog, or have a friend who owns one, you can submit your nomination using the online nomination form or by writing (max 500 words) to: Vicky Bell, Communications Department, Guide Dogs, Hillfields, Burghfield Common, Reading, RG7 3YG, by Wednesday 24 June 2009. Don’t forget to include your name, address and daytime phone number; the name of the guide dog and owner (if it is not you), and state clearly which award category your nomination is for.
