The Hospice Moon Walk is a fun 5.5 mile night time walk around Belfast City Centre. There will be guys as well as girls taking part, many in fancy dress and all walking to raise funds for Northern Ireland Hospice. The event is the idea of Belfast Nurse, Katrina McDonald who knows from personal experience the benefits of hospice care. Katrina invites you to join her in the Hospice Moon Walk. If you wish you can walk in memory of a loved one, or simply to help raise funds for hospice and to have a bit of fun.

The 5.5 mile route starts at the front of City Hall, continues along Wellington Place, left onto Great Victoria Street until you reach Bruce Street. It follows Bruce Street to the right onto Dublin Road up to Shaftsbury Square and takes a right at the fork onto Lisburn Road. From the Lisburn Road to the junction of Balmoral Avenue, turn left onto Balmoral Avenue then left onto Malone Road and Stranmillis Road. Return back down to Shaftsbury Square to Great Victoria Street, right onto Wellington Place & back to the front of the City Hall for the finish.
